Clinical Psychologist
FEE STRUCTURE
Dr. Spannagel does not participate in managed care networks or insurance panels in this independent practice. She does not submit claims for clients to insurance companies Payment is due at the time of service. Should families wish to submit to insurance on their own, families are provided with a detailed invoice to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
INITIAL APPOINTMENT/ DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
60 minutes, $200
Includes diagnostic interview, administration/interpretation of standardized assessment measures (as needed). Includes goal-setting and treatment planning.
Some families may chose to only utilize a one-time consultation session to address general questions and seek guidance.
It will be billed at this rate.
TREATMENT
45-50 minutes, $150
Specialization in several empirically supported treatment approaches for children, adolescents, and families. Guided by comprehensive, effective, practical intervention plans, treatment is tailored to the individual or family, and the approach is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based.
CONSULTATION
Fee Available Upon Request
Dr. Spannagel is available to work collaboratively with medical professionals and educators.
PROFESSIONAL SPEAKING AND EDUCATION
Fee Available Upon Request
Dr. Spannagel is available to speak to groups of parents, educators, and medical/child development professionals on a wide range of topics related to child and adolescent development.
